SLECA’s Tent City was built on land donated by C.M. Thibodaux Co., Ltd. for Hurricane Ida recovery efforts
SLECA’s tent city for Hurricane Ida was built less than 24 hours after the Category 4 storm made landfall. Managed by Royal Engineers & Consultants-which led Jeff Davis Electric and Cameron Parish disaster recovery programs-it housed more than a thousand lineworkers, tree trimmers and contractors for a month.
