As mentioned at the last annual shareholders meeting, and in keeping with the long standing tradition of the C.M. Thibodaux Co., Inc. being a good corporate citizen of the Morgan City area, we are pleased to announce the opening of the E.C. “Bob” Thibodaux Memorial Boat Launch on Bayou L’Ourse. The property that is being leased by our company to Assumption Parish is used for pipelines and is otherwise unsuitable for construction. The lease is for the property only, and not mineral rights. Bob Thibodaux was on the Board of Directors of C.M. Thibodaux Co., Inc. and served as its President for nearly 30 years before his death in 2008.
